Narrative description of the bedroom and bathroom locations and configurations:
Every room in the unit has an ocean view except for the bathrooms. There are 2 bathrooms. Both are larger than just about anything you will find anywhere on the island.
The master bathroom is actually composed of 4 separate rooms each with their own doors. It is more like a spa. It has a very large 2 sink powder room, which is connected to an ante-room, with a scale, towels, some art, and a chair in it. Connected to the ante room you will find two more rooms - the room with the toilet in it, and also a very large room which is tiled on the walls, and stone on the floor. In this room, you will find a very large area for the shower. On the other side of the room is a large jetted tub.
The guest bathroom is composed of two rooms. The outer room has a two sink powder room, which is attached to the room with the toilet, which also has a full bath and a shower in it.
The master bedroom is the South East side of the unit, directly on the oceanfront. Its windows are all actually french sliding doors which open directly onto the lanai, overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom sits diagonally on exactly the opposite end of the condo from the guest bedroom. This assures a lot of privacy and a lot of separation of the sleeping quarters.
The guest bedroom is on the North West side of the unit. The guest bedroom has normal double wide opening windows, which I am guessing are 5-6 feet tall. The water, sunset, and palm trees may be viewed directly from the guest bedroom. From the guest bedroom, the main points of interest looking out the window would be the swaying palm trees and the ocean. Of course, how well you hear the ocean depends on the tide and the current. If the wind is blowing, the waves will be a little bigger, so you will hear the ocean. If there is no wind at all, the ocean will be silent, so you won't be able to hear it from anywhere in the condo. You can hear the ocean from the guest bedroom if the windows are open. If they are closed, you would not be able to hear the ocean.
The guest bedroom can be configured for either two twin beds or one king bed. Once you confirm your reservation and the guest relations manager contacts you, she will request that you specify your preference. Based on your preference, the guest room will be configured to your liking with respect to the twins or king.
There is also a fold out sofa in the living room. This can be used easily for up to two more people.
In addition, there are complete accoutrements for an infant. This includes a Pack and Play, a high chair, a forward or backward facing car seat, a booster seat (by the way, as of this writing they are all new.
The place is very safe for children and infants, because the entire property is surrounded by fencing on the sides, and tight shrubbery on the ocean front, which makes it inaccessible unless you consciously step over the hedges or walk a long way around the fences or through the gates. The 450 square foot lanai wraps in an "L" shape, from the master bedroom on one side, facing South, all the way around the unit, almost to the guest bedroom, on the Northwest side. It features heavy pains of commercial quality glass inside of structural steel 4 inch anodized tubes which are 4 feet tall. There is only about a 3 inch space (whatever is the specification for code) below the glass, so no one, particularly an infant, could fall through, under, or over the glass.
The pool is directly in front of the unit, exactly opposite the side the ocean is on. It has a nice shallow end for the little ones and an 8 foot deep side for the adults. It also has a nice hot tub with an ocean view. The pool is locked from both the inside an out, which means that access is available only by a guest's key, and the pool area is very lightly used. We have never experienced more than two other couples or more than 3 other kids in the pool at any one time. All in all, it makes us feel very secure that we can actually see the pool from our unit, and that it requires key access.
